VeriDaaS acquires 4DM

DENVER, CO, November 17, 2022 – VeriDaaS Corporation, a leader and innovator in high-definition (HD) LiDAR acquisition and Data as a Service (DaaS) products, VeriDaaS Corporation that it has completed its acquisition of 4DM, Inc., a leading geospatial information technology company based in Toronto, Ontario, Canada.

4DM is a geospatial information technology company that engages governments, NGOs, and private sector organizations in consulting projects and service-based work. 4DM uses its extensive and deep expertise in science, engineering, environment, and geography to provide client-driven solutions.
